-->All Over Prints (AOP): due to the coloration when printing an all black, the color will not be 100% full black. The shade of black will be off but not so much to where you can not tell. 

-->Not all customs will be the same.

-->When uploading pictures, please make sure that they are a good digital quality. They will be printed AS IS!!! If you have the type of photos (WalMart, Walgreens, etc) please send email so we can discuss if it can be used or not. 

-->While using a 13" & 24" wide format printers, you may see a "Taping/Overlap" line that may appear on certain customs when putting customs together. When pressing a custom bigger and/or longer on a  31"x39" heat press, you may see a pressing line that may be a little darker or a small percentage of a white line. Both of those are not avoidable at times and fall under the "AOP Flaws" in the Refund Policy

-->When printing AOP using a full solid color that requires "Taping/Overlap", it may be a little darker or a small percentage of a white line. Both of those are not avoidable at times and fall under the "AOP Flaws" in the Refund Policy.

-->All yarn can be washed and dried. For clothing, it's best to air dry. Do not stretch when wet. Over time depending on custom style, it will loose it shape.

-->AI design will have some type of flaws due to been generated through a computer.

-->When creating with solid colors, some customs/sizes will be made with regular solid fabric NOT fabric that is for all over.
